So it's been a while since I've been on here and since quitting both vaping and smoking all together I initially did quite well managing around 2 months without a vape or ciggarette at all unfortunatly hit abit of a rough patch with my personal life and smoking has become a problem again so obviously vaping is my soloution problem is though do I buy a provari again ( sold my last two when I quit ) for emergancys and to keep as a back up should things go downhill again or try quitting with my old 1 and half twist which still works fine what would you guys do don't want to waste money on cigarettes and although expensive I can afford a new provari set up if I live carefully for the next few weeks so what's the verdict people make the investment or stick with the twist

So sorry about going back. Stuff happens and it's great that you're getting back on track. I can't really answer whether to spend the money or not, though 2 months isn't very long and there is a tendency to go back when things gets stressful. Good luck!!

The money isn't a problem so much I mean it is a big financial commitment but two months felt like such a big deal to me not been smoke free for that long in 7 years lol

I never thought I'd say this but.....there are a number of pretty good mods out there now, some vv, some vw.
imo. one doesn't need to drop hundreds on a provari to get a quality vape anymore.
For resale value though you may still want to go the provari route.
Welcome back.[/QUOTE

Any recommendations ? So much has changed since I left feel like I need to relearn all the new gennies and rebuildables lol last I heard ceramic wick was all the range so no idea if that's still the new best thing or if things have moved on anyone had any experience with the kanger protank I hated the t3s but like the whole glass tank on a conventional style atty

Oh for sure two months is a big deal, didn't mean to sound like it's not. And I don't think it's a bad thing that you're going back to vaping if it keeps you off analogs.

The money isn't a problem so much I mean it is a big financial commitment but two months felt like such a big deal to me not been smoke free for that long in 7 years lol

I'm glad you are returning to vaping, rather than sticking with the cigarettes!

Regarding other options: My provari broke, so I got a vamo to tide me over until I get the provari fixed. I like the vamo so much, I still haven't sent the provari in. I honestly don't know if I'd go back to it now. I like the menu system on the vamo so much more. It may not be as tank-like as the provari (although my provari got a messed up button, so I'm not the best to talk to regarding durability of it), but I got the stainless vamo and the price difference/quality is enough to make me rethink ever getting another provari.

IMHO if you plan on quitting again, I would not invest heavily into new equipment. Just use what you have and maybe get a cheap backup. Basically how much do you want to spend on a temporary band-aid?

If you see yourself getting back into vaping and sticking with it for a while, then by all means make the investment in what you enjoy most.
