Just came back from a moderate Arab country (but still considered to be a state sponsor of terrorism by our government). Anyway, the Arabs are VERY very nice and trustworthy people. I was welcomed into around a dozen or so homes and invited to sleep over in four of them. They all treated me and my friends with respect and gave us much generosity (a.k.a. tons of food). Around half the people I met were open to the gospel with around 6 accepting Jesus as their Savior. The majority of those who accepted were Kurdish people while the majority of everyone I met admitted being Muslim just because they were forced to and aren't free from leaving without being disowned by their families. God really worked during my trip - we literally wandered around the villages and towns and prayed for people to accept us. Three times God answered our prayers instantly, with people approaching and inviting us immediately after we prayed. I feel that God really loves the Arabs and Kurds and that he is using them to bring about his kingdom. I never felt any danger or hatred from anyone, even when walking in the areas that were known for being terrorist bases, particularly the Palestinian areas. In fact it was in these areas that the people approached us twice and one young guy even accepted immediately. I even visited two evangelistic Muslim families, one of which was Saudi, and the people were by far the most courteous even when we were debating them. I had a chance to do campus ministry and honestly the majority of the students are agnostic/atheist and were very open to the Gospel. Three students accepted the Gospel there and several others were open to it. I highly recommend everyone to visit Arab nations and answer Jesus' call to save these people!
