Because nicotine isn't the only things in cigs, our bodies go through a lot of changes when we quit. If you read through the quit smoking symptoms thread people mention body aches, sore throat, etc. Cigarettes had a calming effect and it could be stress related. Maybe you're tensing your back in some way. Some people complain about heart burn and back pain when they quit.

Hope you feel better and it goes away soon.

I have the answer to this... It's because you are hunching over your computer screen devouring the great info on this forum for 12 hours a day...It's very common with new vapers..grin.

I know....must...watch.....Torchwood.....

There have been days where I slept wrong or moved wrong and suddenly pinched a nerve and had some intense pain for a couple of days until it worked itself out. Nothing to do with analogs or e-cigs.
