The new place is GORGEOUS!!!! 3 bedroom house, with a separate in-law unit, which is now Tasty Vapor. Rows and rows of flavorings, workbenches lined with bottles of all sorts, boxes all over. And it all overlooks this GORGEOUS garden.

Awesome....

Happy for you and yours! After you get all caught up (if ever), some pics of the new digs would be great! :D

Just a thought.. If you work on orders sequentially it might be a good idea to let us know where your at and even a blip on the WWW page would be nice.. It will help alleviate email requests for order status and free you up to pump out more liquid, lol.

I posted this request once also, but it would be a waste. Once Geoff catches up to his orders, he will be back at the 2-3 day mark I am sure. He rocks!

Sequentially, we're up to order number 3383, HOWEVER there are always exceptions. If I have a small handful of orders that have multiple liquids, Doublers, etc. Sometimes, to meet mailing deadlines those get set aside. If I have 5 large orders that are holding up 30 single bottle liquid orders, I'll set the large orders aside and thump out the small orders and get back to the larger ones once the deadlines have been met.

FWIW, my order was #3257 (ordered 3/9/2010) and it's currently in transit to me. As you can see by the current order # being worked on, Geoff works fast!

I got the "mixing order" notice on 3/16 and the shipping notice on 3/17. So on 3/16 he was mixing #3257 and 2 days later he's up to #3383. Hopefully, that'll help people figure out a rough idea of timing?

Relax buddeh! Take a breath friend! Take it easy pal! Now that I'm not running around trying to build a house and office and move everything. Now that I'm back at the helm, we're getting 80+ packages a day out. We've got one large mixing table up and running. We've got mine on the way too. Which means we can have 3-4 people mixing at a time. In the long run, this means we can probably pump out up to 150 orders per day. Possibly more.

But for now, we're catching up pretty quickly, so I wouldn't invest too much grief in that higher number.

You need a program that receives your orders and seperates them into catagories. Making a list of all the juices that have been ordered to the same exact specifications, and organizing them for you. So you see whats the most popular and bang them out all at once.

ex:

Orders for atomic cinnacide : 24 MG 10%VG
#1113
#2234
#5523
#4423
#2333
Total: 5

Orders for tasty finger: 48 MG ALL PG
#1132
#2352
#2342
#2234
#4242
Total: 5

Orders for tobacco menthol: 12mg 20% VG
#1234
#2424
Total: 2

You might already have a similar method, but if you have 4 people mixing, then you could just set one person to each specified juice.

And please don't take this the wrong way, like whos this 24 year old kid telling me how to run my business, just a suggestion :)

PS. i'm a programmer, will work for juice.
