I need suggestions for a backup Mod. I am pretty much brand new to Mods. The only one I have now is an Ileaf 60W with a Herakles tank. I'm definitely not ready for rebuilding anything right now. The most suggested one from the new members forum was a Kanger subbox. I'm looking to spend around $50.00 - $75.00 for the whole setup (battery and tank) but may be willing to pay a little more for a solid setup. Please give me some recommendations and websites I can browse through. Thanks and vape on!

Most of the moderate wattage ones. I use a Lemo2 and subtank mini's on mine. But I also use an ego adapter and use Evods and T3's and even a Velocity mini dripper.
Any tank that does not require over 75 watts should work fine. Now any tank over 22mm in diameter will hang over the edge of the mod but that is the case with most mods.
I would not recommend the TFV4 while using the hex coil in it maybe.... But it should work fine with some of of the what I consider to be more reasonable coils.
Many use Kayfuns and such on their VTC mini. Even Carto/tanks and you could even use a plain old cartomizer if you wanted.

I mainly started looking and buying box mods that have software upgrade abilities. A lot of the boxes are coming with TC modes but that's one thing I would definitely suggest you get in the mod you buy. While you may not need or want it now there may be sometime in the future that you will. The price point for TC mods to non-TC mods is basically non-existent now. It would suck if in a few months you decide you want to try temp control and your current mod becomes a paperweight.

I'd recommend the Evic vtc mini as well. Cheap and very good. Firmware updateable as well, and does temperature control with many different types of wire if you would choose to look into that. I think the Ego one mega that comes with the kit is ok, if you don't need massive clouds (I haven't tried the Tron tank that comes with the newest kit but I think it's basically the same as the Ego one). Still, you can get the mod by itself very cheaply (something like $37 at Fasttech, -5% if you order in December). A good basic tank (imo) is the kanger subtank mini. Plenty of coil options available, plus a good enough rba deck if you'd choose to start building coils at some point. You can get ok clones for around $10, and authentic ones might possibly be had for as low as $20 if you find a good deal.
