I've been out of the loop for a while, so I'm not sure what's out there these days. I am looking for suggestions for a new box mod that uses 18650 batteries and a rebuildable tank to go with it. I've been using the Kanger subox mini for the last 1 1/2 years or two. I currently have it set up with duel coil, cotton wick ( pancake style ), 0.5 ohms at 40 to 45 watts and it hits really nice but I just want to step up a notch or two. Any suggestions for a nice setup that won't break the bank, $100 to $150 would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

Yeah, what @Bad Ninja said. There are SO MANY RTAs out there (and RDAs as well) that without a better idea of what you're looking for, we've got no idea where to begin.

I can literally think of about 15 RTAs just off the top of my head and not a single one may be for you.

But if you tell us what you want that will give us a much clearer picture.

Personally, I would NOT order devices from China right now. There are plenty of US vendors with very reasonable prices and then you don't have to worry about the mod getting stopped at customs, which has happened to more than one person since 8/8.

I also personally wouldn't get a Sig 213 of any sort after the controversy surrounding them, but again without knowing your vaping style I have nothing else to suggest yet.

I'm loving my Smok TFV8 on top of my Wismec Reuleax RX2/3. With the included RBA you can build whatever size/power coil you want and it will be fairly future proof since its 150watts with 2 batteries and 200watts with 3. Also with the range of pre made coils out there for it you can definitely find one that suits your preference/style.

The OP said rebuildable.
The TFV series attys do have a rebuildable deck, but they are designed for high wattage/ high powered devices.
They perform poorly otherwise.

Im not a fan of the two I own.

Accessing the deck also requires emptying the tank.

Thank you psyc63, any suggestions for a rebuildable atty ?
Sorry to input against another posters recommendations but the laundry list of problems with the 213 should wipe it out of most people's choices. On a personal level if someone can live with its limits (broken TC, No upgradability, only 150w-160w, loves the style and form factor) but realistically its an un-recommendable product. Same formfactor I would suggest the IPV6X until I hear of other issues developing. If outright power isn't need a SMY SDNA75 single battery mod is pretty good. If not dealing with long 510 pint Atty's a RX200S or RX2/3 is a good option. The H-priv is well respected. On the upper end a Triade or HCigar VT133 might be good options to get into some higher power DNA fun.

Atty's become a bit more of a mess. Highpower. Taste. Liquid capacity. Ease of building. These all play a part. A borderline MTL lung inhale I would suggest a SXK or Tobecco Kayfun 5 clone or an Avacado 22m. For Power something Like a Aromamizer supreme (or Boreas (my preferred if you can find it)) great taste but dripper decks and airflow with 7-8ml juice capacity. Juice capacity really goes to those or the Herakles which wins on with like a 6.5 ml tank but easiest wicking. The easiest to build on, good flavor, and decent size juice capacity goes to the Limitless RDTA Plus. Though that needs a bigger build to shine. The regular Limitless is probably a better compromise, but then it shifts itself back to some of the regular tanks (like the Supreme, Boreas, or Herk RTA-2) as being all around better buys. Larger tanks like Modfather, Dump Tank, or BFDFT I would stay away from till you get comfortable with them.

If you are looking for a more regular sized actual tank that will fit any mod. I don't think anyone ever really unseated the Griffen 22mm.

Harder to recommend a tank without knowing how you vape.

I like the UD Bellus personally.
I usually drip, and the Bellus offers a vape that is satisfying enough to me to use in situations where I cant comfortably use a dripper and bottle.

I bought the UD Bellus and I like it except for the fact that it leaks every time I fill it ! I close the airflow off before filling, but as soon as I open the airflow it leaks about 1/2 ml. then its great. Any suggestions ?

Dual or single coil setup? My one suggestion is check your wicking. I have the same tank and top fill it without an issue.

Its all about the wicking with these tanks.
Leaking when filling is for sure a wick issue.
