So I have a ego twist 1100 mah. It has been lasting me about 3/4 of a day, I also have a ego mini and I have a V2 cig that I liked at first but don't so much anymore... I use the twist as my primary (plan a) and the ego mini (plan b) and the V2 (clan c) is around just in case something goes horribly wrong. What do you guys use and what works best for you? We have a vamo on order but it hadn't come yet, can't wait to try it out.

I have 2 old Lava Tubes (been repaired multiple times each, but still vaping) and 2 mechanical mods. 4 18650 batts for them, a Xtar charger and a spare charger I got with one LT kit. A 900 mAh Twist and a 1300 mAh Spinner with a couple of chargers for them. A bunch of cartos, a few tanks, a few Vivi Novas and a couple of RBA's. I have at least 6 months worth of DIY juice supplies includng wire, mesh and tools and I think it would not take much to make that last a year.

My minimum vape kit would include the following:

3 batteries (a Twist is one batt, a 18650 is one batt)
3 power supplies (a Twist is a power supply, a Vamo is one, a mechanical mod is one)
2 chargers for each battery type
Enough juice delivery devices to last 3 or 4 months
Enough juice to last 3 or 4 months

Actually, that's not much different from what I have right now.

Now this is just me getting to my comfort level and yours might be different, but this has worked for me so far. I've never had to go buy smokes because my gear let me down. You can never have too many back-ups :thumb:

I've been vaping for quite a while so I've got lots and lots of backups. I always keep 2 rigs going at once, right now I'm using my Silver Bullet from Altsmoke, and my new Tesla. Backups to these are an Omega (full mechanical mod), also from Altsmoke, and a Maxi Roughstack from Madvapes. All of these take 18650 batteries of which I have plenty. If those all failed, which is extremely unlikely, I'd still have a bunch of boxmods on hand.

When thinking of a backup plan, a lot of people forget about having spare chargers. I have 2 that I use quite a bit, and one that's so old it's falling apart but still works. I keep enough atty's and cartos on hand so I don't have to worry about that either. I usually reorder when I'm down to about a 3 months supply. As for juice, I diy and have enough ingredients to last about a year, as well as over a hundred bottles of juice that I really didn't care for but would vape if I had to.

All in all, I think I've got it covered. When first starting out building up your stash, just order an extra one or two of things you know you're likely to need. Are you ordering cartomizers?, just throw in an extra box and put it away, Do you need another battery?, buy two instead. It's easier to spread out the cost that way.

I've got a Mech Mod, Spinners and Twists, eGos (JoyTech and Kgo), an SD KeyRing and a Vamo. SD KeyRing I use at concerts. The Spinners I use for out and about and the Vamo at home. Also have extra chargers and about 1 1/2 yrs of juice, cartos, heads, clearos, etc. and 10 X 18650 batts.
Almost everything I own was bought on sale.

Primarily i use a twist with a udct 3.5ml tank. I carry around a small otterbox with 2 spare ego batteries, cartos, and even ego atomizer cones and spare bottles of juice. I'm still new to this and don't have much equipment. But, i for sure don't want to be tempted to stop at a gas station while i'm away from home to get my nic fix.

Hmmmm... is this thread "how to make someone feel inadequate?"

Seriously though I`m a new vaper and I thought I had it covered with three Ego-c`s and a Vamo :) ,Three Evods,an AGA-T2, two packs of cartomisers plus about 200ml of juice and some flavours to play with :D

Now I just feel under supplied and prepared :( ;)

Metrabolic,
Personally since I received my Vamo months ago, it has become almost my only daily vape. You will love it. Please download the manual from the top of the Vamo forum and learn all of the functions. That being said your other devices should be sufficient for a backup. I have a very small arsenal consisting of 2 SI 78s and two X2s (used mainly for short trips out) plus a SS Vamo and a KTS Storm mechanical clone as a major backup. Do I need anything else NO. Do I want more SURE. I am loving the new Caravella Clone, but will wait to determine the build quality before investing any more in mods.

Best Wishes

LOL Sounds like you have plenty to for now. Don't get caught up in all the name dropping. The longer you vape, the more you will accumulate. The idea is to have enough equipment so that you don't get caught short. (or uncharged) .. ;-)~

I believe in backups to my backups, so this is what I have:
eVic with Protank - Primary - always with me
Vamo with evod - backup #1 - usually with me
K100 with either my RDA, AGA, or an evod - Stays at home usually, backup #2

I keep 4 evods and a carto tank with me, and a couple of spare coils and prepunched cartos. Also keep a couple of unopened and unpunched cartos at home and office. My liquid is split between home and office. I have a Nitecore I4 charger at the office, and a trustfire charger at home. 8 18650 batteries, 5 18350 batteries split between home and office. My old blu batteries and charging pack at the office. (And yes, a blu battery will power a protank with a 1.5 ohm or 1.8 ohm coil, looks funny as crap, doesn't last long, but does function) Last but not least, I keep a NJoy King in the glove box of the truck. I had 2 extra 1100 mah ego twists that were also in my backup pool, but have given them to my mom and sister to serve them as backups. Considering adding either another mechanical, a telescoping zmax, or the new smok tech e-pipe to live at the office.
