I had ordered a couple of items from BWB late in the day and I was rushed and distracted. Checked the next morning and found I had ordered the wrong strength on one of the juices. And this after viewing multiple warnings on their site to make sure the order is correct. I emailed them, admitted I was an idiot and asked them to change it to the proper strength. Don responded quickly and took care of the issue. I haven't tried any of their juice yet (was supposed to be here today but didn't show-thank you post office) but the service Don provided is exactly what I'm looking for.
