Well I PMed Mrs brew she commented on my post on their forums basically saying that I should not have posted in the forum I should have msgd her so I did I explained everything to her and said she could delete my forum post... She never replied back to me but she did delete my forum post... Maybe it's time for a new supplier.. 
The worst part is she didn't believe me so I took pics of their mailing label and the customs slip etc and not even an apology.. I mean the extra I paid in taxes from them marking the wrong value would have paid for another 10ml of juice
