I don't really feel the need for a huge flaming session today. I'll just say this. I read a ton of reviews. I write them on occasion. I am, obviously, a loyal fan of BWB as well. And so are quite a few other people following this thread. Having gotten to read a lot of their reviews, and even get to know some of these folks personally, I can't disagree with you more guitarded. Yes, we are loyal to BWB, but I for one am not blindly loyal. And not exclusively loyal either. On many occasions I have stated my love of FSUSA juice, of MsTs (does anyone make more tasty desert flavors than her?) and have been openly critical of BWB juice that i don't like. So has AlmightyGod, whom you seem to have set your focus on.

There really is nothing wrong with being a fan of a certain juice or certain company is there? I haven't seen you trashing Boba's bounty yet in the "official Boba's Bounty Review thread". Why not? AVEJuice in general, and Boba's in particular has a fan base every bit as loyal as BWB.

If you don't like the juice fine, say you don't like the juice. But maybe from this point forward we can lay off the personal attacks. And that goes for both sides, mine included.

I'm not trying to flame. I'm providing my honest perspective for a juice on a juice review thread and challenging statements made that I disagree with. If you consider "fanboy" a "personal attack", than I think you should check out the "unofficial BWB fanboy/fangirl" thread. Fanboy is a term endorsed by BWB fans. If you don't want to see other peoples perspectives and just want to praise a juice, post on the BWB thread, not on the juice review forum.

After seeing BWB loyalists say over and over "perfect flavor" I feel it's only fair the noobs that this be defined a little clearer. When I first ordered BWB I had read MANY reviews on their juice and I never saw anyone claim that the flavor was extremely weak. When I got the juice I was like WTF? What a waste of money! The flavor may be perfect for you but compared to the other 30+ vendors I've tried, BWB juice has very little flavor. I think most of Don's flavors are excellent, there just isn't much of it. Except for the pumpkin spice that is... It has a decent amount of flavor but it tastes like cantaloup after its steeped. I actually had 5 different people try this and I asked them what they thought it tasted like and they all said cantaloup.

I dislike Boba's Bounty quite a bit but I can't say I ever see Boba's fans getting into flame wars when someone states something negative about their juice on a JUICE REVIEW thread. You don't see me posting on the "Unofficial BWB fanboy/fangirl" thread do you? Also, BWB fans are VERY aggressive to other juice companies IMO. I have seen a TON of BWB fans trash FSUSA and be way more aggressive than I've been. BWB fans seem to take great offense to somewhat saying anything negative about their juice. Funny enough, I still recommend BWB as much as any other juice just because so many people seem to like it. I do however, preface the suggestion with "very weak flavor". BWB has good juice, it's just not to my liking.

Correction, I see a lot of BWB loyalists trashing other vendors. Specifically FSUSA. Neither 2 are my favorite vendor and I definitely have some big dislikes of both companies. I could really care less who bashes who. They are vendors, they can take care of themselves...

incidentally I don't need to check the fanboy thread. I started it. The intention was to have a place for BWB fans to gather. Believe it or not, I appreciate the fact that you obviously realized that, and left us alone there. Thank you.

But don't flame in one post, and then say you didn't. Clearly you did.

Just because somone has a different opinion and is challenging statements they disagree with, does not mean their flaming. I didn't personally attack anyone...

No it isn't, but you can tell when things are heading south and we all need to work on making ECF a positive environment where people can get the knowledge and experience they need.

I like a juice that's mellow in flavor once in a while. I do like a above average TH though.Juice makers shape the blends to create what they intended them to taste like. I order Wyatt Earp quite a bit and have never ordered more flavor than the original blend. Perhaps this is a bad example as this juice has a strong flavor to begin with. I think that had I ordered it with x2 or x3 it would have made it so strong, I would have tossed it. I can see ordering a doubler to make double the juice. This can be very economical. I don't like guessing if I'm ruining a juice by ordering more flavor. Don't want ordering juice more complicated than deciding which brand, which flavor. That is very complicated by itself. So many choices that it's not good for the bank account!

I sat here for awhile debating what to say, I was so excitied to see one of my reviews at the top of the thread but that changes when I read through the posts. I don't intend to provide anything other than my opinion when I write these. I apologize if something I said on page one was taken to offense. That was not my objective. I attempt to write an objective review on a subjective topic, taste. Not so easy, but writing reviews is something I enjoy doing. I don't push products, endorse companies or even say I have a test panel tied up in my basement where I can get a more conclusive diverse review. I am only one man and these reviews reflect my tastes. I use words I feel appropriate to my opinion, subtle being one of them. Just because one person favors a more subtle flavor doesnt mean its right or wrong and I encourage others to post their opinions of a particular juice on here as well. I actually respect a review that disagrees with mine. It's easy to agree but not so easy not to. Thank you everyone for your opinions.

guitar is right BWB flavor is not in your face, it is subtle and everyone else is right that some people would rather have that than feel like they are vaping a pixie stick with TH.

I ordered 3 of BWB's juices. Hunter's Blend, Casablanca, and Malty. Very subtle but good flavors. Not overpowering in taste or sweetness. I like them and will return for more of their juices. I usually order double flavors from other vendors but won't with BWB. I like them the way they are. It's nice to have a "lighter" flavor on occasion. I'm currently allowing them to steep for a few weeks and will return to try them again to see if anything has changed.

That's exactly why I like BWB juices so much. The flavors are not by any means intense. I wouldn't recommend BWB to anyone specifically looking for an overpowering flavor. Quality of flavor, vapor, throat hit...all excellent. Strong flavor? Nope, that's not what Don's juices are all about.
