I think the OP had some genuine concerns and posted them. From what I read it was nothing personal and it was what he/she felt is a customer service issue.
As a still new person here, it is invaluable for me to look in as to the pros and cons about everything, vendors included. I am an adult and can make up my mind if these are valid concerns or not.
It would be a discouraging thing indeed if all that was posted here was glowing reviews and favortism, although I have noticed that does prevail at times. Some juice vendors have very, very vocal fans, just as some e cigarette models have the same, and no one dares to say anything that is even in the least negative.
For example, you can't post here in the New Members forum and ask a question without an Ego being recommended for what ever ails you within three replies it seems.
Won't get into the technical discussions that start about batteries and ohms and such that make my newbie eyes just glaze over after what appears to me to be a simple question...
Much the same here when you have an issue about a flavor or a liquid supplier, certain vendors are suggested ad nauseum with suggestions to order from them, all with assurances that the posters have no interest or affliation with said vendors, but doing so will surely ensure your world will be a better place, however. Either that or you are told that you most assuredly have done vicious and vile things to your tastebuds and the vendor and their liquid could never be at fault...Bad, bad tastebuds...
One of the reasons I did not post about the vendor's response I was disappointed with at the beginning of my trying vaping was because they are so popular and vocally supported. I figured it would end up being a waste of bandwidth as it would probably result in no real substantive discussion of options for me, and/or would be just arguing back and forth, and/or some kind of accusation that I had it out for the vendor. That the issue would have be something I would have to figure out myself if I was going to make vaping work for me.
Glad I kept trying, albeit going it alone. Trial and error does work, just wish I didn't have so many errors along the way, but then again that seems to be a prevailing theme with most things in life...
