bad batch of smok 510 carts?

So I have used about 15 of my new 3.2 ohm single coil smok cartos (with flange) and so far 7 of them have had 0 air flow. Is this normal or am I doing something wrong?

It is kind of frustrating not only waisted money on the cartos but wasted money in the juice I lose and can not salvage out of the cart or what spills.

I am using these with a tank they are Pre punched (i do not see how this matters)
Also the Device I am using is a Young June "lava tube?"

thats odd, i've used 10 of these in the last month and only 1 had this disgusting taste to it that i had to throw it away. i might just be super lucky and got a good batch
