Bad Battery

I received a bad battery with my shipment on Sept. 11. It will come on any time it wants. After I charged it, I used it and after a few puffs it started blinking green. If I move it around it will just come on and and stay on untill it blinks green again. I will send it back.
You are still my favorite China supplier. I love your fast shipping and great customer service. With the amount of product I have purchased from you I have only had a few problems and you always make it right. I recomend you to every one.
