I ordered from madvapes for the first time the other day. I got my order and promptly filled one of the 1.7ohm stainless smok tech cartos with some tobacco juice and it vaped perfect. On to the next did the same exact thing with caramel e liquid and I can see a red-hot burning element down the tube in the middle with no popping after I push the button unlike the first one. I get no caramel flavor just burnt plastic, YUCK!. Tried another carto with a different flavor and got the same exact result, YUCK!. Are these just bad cartos? My batteries are fully charged (Kgo's) and I switched between 3 batts with same result. Aside from that I also ordered a couple wrong cartos that wont thread as well, uggghhh.

On a good note I havent dipped or smoked in around 3 months now:)

Where you least expect it....
Just a suggestion but, you should throw that carto away. From what you mentioned. The carto is burnt to a crisp since there wasn't any juice that saturated the center coil nor piece of cotton that wraps around it. There are a lot of factors that contribute to a burning cartomizer.

Dark, sweet, and high VG juices produce wicking problems. Besides leaving the filler clogged up. As the poster above has mentioned. The time that you let the cartomizer rest will also be a contributing factor. 15-20 minutes after the initial fill is a good general rule of thumb when it comes to properly filling your cartomizer.

How man drops or ml do you fill your cartomizer with?
