Recently I just purchased an Anodized Bolt Bundle Kit which included the extended thingy. Right out of the box, the extender thing won't screw tightly with the battery, there is a little gap between them. The device is working, been using it on a 18650 battery, then a few days ago I posted a ticket in MadVapes regarding this but never got the item replaced, have not even got a reply. I was hoping posting about it here would help me get my device replaced as I like it so much. This was the first time I have ordered from MadVapes, depending on how this goes, really doubt it if I'm gonna buy any thing anymore from MadVapes. Thank you MadVapes, I got a pic btw.
