I've been a madvapes customer since June 2010 and have never had any issues so I am TOTALLY unfamiliar with their ticket system. But now I need to know what I should expect as their "norm". On Saturday I received an order that included 4.8v batteries and the charger for them. I've not been able to get the batteries to charge so after some troubleshooting with my multimeter I've discovered the charger has NO output. I put a ticket into the system on Monday but haven't heard anything from them yet. The email I got in acknowledgement said most tickets are responded to within 24 hours. It has been more than that now obviously. Should I be concerned? Will they contact me or just send me a new charger? Do they have any current problems with the ticket system or an issue I am unaware of that could cause a delay in response. I know bad weather, business moves, family illnesses, etc. can sometimes delay things. Don't take me wrong. As I said I've never had any problems with my purchases from this vendor before and I am not complaining...I just wonder what I should expect regarding this issue.
