Bad e juice?

I have a 30 ml bottle of juice 50/50 from vapedudes. Its been 2 weeks since i received it and the other bottle. The other was great something is wrong with this. It tastes dry and powdery, very little flavor. Any thoughts?

Didn't want to leave a bad mark for vapedudes. They did a great job helping with this situation. A few issues with the carts, but mainly operator error. I highly recommend them
