Bad gift cert. experience with Freedom Smokes USA

My wife bought me an FSUSA gift certificate for my birthday. But when I tried to order from FSUSA online, the order was declined. When I emailed them to ask why, they tell me that if the gift certificate is for MORE than the order (in other words, if I didn't spend the whole thing), the order would be automatically declined. THAT'S CRAZY!!! And they also will not accept orders over the phone, so there's no way for me to use my gift certificate unless I want to buy WAY more stuff than I need or want at one time. Also, they've been out of Boge 510 cartos for weeks, so I can't order what I need from them. This is VERY poor customer service - I expected better from them!
 
As far as hardware, we are first and foremost a juice company. It is our passion and love. we bring in hardware as quick as we can but truthfully, it would take millions of dollars to stock all hardware. We are a family owned company, we just don't have that kind of money. we are constantly putting all income back into it. We have been trying to get the cartomizers in for a few weeks, however we cannot order them until our supplier has them in stock. As soon as we are able to order them we will have them back in stock on our site.

However we have since switched the gift certificate to smaller increments so it is more convenient since you do not want to purchase a large amount at one time. And we are not set up for phone orders, because as of right now we have no way of tracking the orders, this is not only for our convenience, but for the customer as well. We are working on getting there, but again as a small family owned company we are still working with growing pains.

Again we are sorry your initial experience was frustrating, but we have done everything we can to make it as easy as possible for you.
