Sorry! It is an option. You will see it listed like an item. Place it in your cart and it will subtract $5 for the shipping. I will post a link for you.
Here it is. I will keep an eye out here to make sure you have no problems. Just add it to your cart as long as the GC is the only thing in it.

That is a question for David. I am not sure that he has figured a way out that you are able to combine the two. I will alert him to your question and try to get back to you asap.
The only answer that I know of is that you are not able to use a discount code and GC at the same time. I know that they were working on a way to do it but to my knowledge it is not able to be done at this time. I had a GC and what I did was used during a sale that I could put notes oin the comments for whatever the special was and not need to use a discount code. Maybe you could email them through their site and see if they could devise a way to do this. Sorry but that is the only answer that I have.

there isn't anything to fix. the oscommerce shopping cart is not setup tp handle both a gift certificate and a discount code. sorry. I guess the gift certificate is full value from the folks who paid for it
