I haven't been having much luck with the two egrips I ordered. The first had broken plastic on the inside (little bits of plastic were caught in the threads, and had probably fallen into the tank). Number one is on its way back to the vendor.

On number 2, the atomizer base won't sit flush with the bottom of the device, and I think it's causing all the gurgling and leaking (e juice was also leaking out of the bottom of the device). I tried taking off the atomizer head and reseating it, and that didn't work. I'm hoping a new base might fix this problem. Any ideas?

Both devices are brand new. When I ordered the first one, I wasn't aware that it was available in a wood finish, so I ordered the second one.

I've had problems with my dad's 2 eGrips not knowing there were problems. I thought about doing a video on it since the other videos are all positive about it.

On my dad's both of them had the charging ports popped loose making it useless since it can't be charged. So I have 2 eGrips sitting around in boxes since Joyetech can't respond to emails or calls.

Curious to see if someone has a suggestion for your problem, sorry I don't know how to fix that.

Have you tried contacting the vendor(s)? I haven't had too much luck with Joyetech either. They did respond to one of my emails to ask for more details. I replied, but have heard nothing since.....

I contacted the vape shop I bought it from down the road, the one employee tried to contact them to no luck. So he gave my dad one of his own personal devices to try to make things right since the second device lasted all of like 6 days

The first egrip I got had the USB charge port problem. Retailer swapped it out. No problems since then. I would say the egrip is not a beginner device. Learn the ropes on easier devices. I and others have found the taste from the Egrip RTA option can be outstanding. I reserve the device for sitations when stealth is needed. I sat in a bar restraunt last night that had lots of people and vaped, descretly, at will.

I hope there is an egrip 2 in the works.
