Looking for joyetech egrip usb's

I have been fixing the usb's on the joyetech egrips for a few months now for the shop I work at but some of the people bring in their egrips and the internals are missing from the usb so I need to order new ones. By any chance does anyone know the manufacturer part number for them or where to order them from? Also looking for one battery since I picked one up that had a vented battery.

aren't all usb alike? i had in mind to fix one that had a bad usb .. thinking i could simply pick the usb port of any old device.... for the battery.. does it look like an 18500 ?

Can you please upload some photos about how you repair those usb eGrip ports? I have some faulty ones, but my repair man can't make it.
