Hey all! Newish member here looking for input. I am looking for a new all in one for work/out and about. One of the places I order from has the evic Aio and the egrip 2 on clearance for the same price. My wife was also wanting an Aio device. I was thinking of ordering the egrip for her and the evic Aio for me.

We both like the cubis style bf coils. She prefers internal batteries. I don't have a preference for this purchase. I have batteries and a wall charger but a plug and play device to take to work would work too.

What would you guys recommend? Are they basically the same in reliability, quality, performance and function with the only difference being internal vs replaceable battery?

Thanks in advance for any and all suggestions!

When the internal battery goes to battery Heaven. Your mod is a paper weight.

I have 8 mods, and only 1 has an internal battery mod and that is used every day.

Thanks for the replies but my main concern really is compact, function and durability. It's going to be my going to be my going to work mod and it would likely be replaced from damage and/or shinyitis long before that internal battery wore out.

I was carrying a Coolfire 4 TC 100 at work but I have damaged the 510 connection from carrying it in my pocket. I have a fairly physical job. So yeah really just looking for compact and durable. I have 18650 batteries and a charger I use for my home mod, so all other things equal, yeah I'll go with the 18650 version.

On paper the eGrip 2 looks more durable with no removable panels or tank. Was looking for some real world experience with these 2 mods to see how they were in day to day and reliability.

Thanks.

Thanks for the reply. I have an egrip OLED the cs version also I have the air hole drilled out to a bigger diameter and I use the aspire BVC coils in it. It hits pretty good the battery is about shot though its 3 or so years old. I definitely got some use out of that thing. That's why I'm looking at another joyetech Aio mod.

A local b&m has the Kanger Nebox on clearance for $25 the 10ml tank is tempting but the leaky horror stories keep me from grabbing one.

Thanks I bit the bullet and just ordered one of each the eGrip 2 for my wife and the Evic AIO for myself. I have to admit the Evic AIO Black/stainless is sexy.

The b&m that has the nebox said they were having a spring sale in the next couple of weeks. The last sale they had I believe they dropped the nebox to $20 and included a battery. If they do that again I will pick one up. If they don't I'm probably still gonna pick one up for a back up but I'm gonna wait on the sale.

I think theirs must be early stock. The owner told me about one in three they sell does leak but placing an o-ring on the vent tube where the coil seats on it fixes it.
