Bad luck with stealth batteries

Reg didnt work anymore after a week so they replaced it with 2 shorties. Both dont work. Tried adjusting center post and still no function. Anyone else?

I loved it when it worked... Too bad

I wonder if i can get a auto pt as a replacement? I just need 1 more batt to get me through my day. 3 is not enough since i get 2 hours usage

My stealth xl last 4 hour and shorty almost 2-works like a charm, but I have a lot of batteries, and rotate them on the charger

You only get 2 hours? Do you vape constantly or is battery life going to diminish for me after I've owned mine for a few more months? I vape pretty regularly but I'm getting 5 hours or 6 out of mine. I was getting 4 hours but I switched carto brands and started dripping/topping up and I think I'm getting more vape per draw and not having to "stoke" much or at all.

I get 8 hours consistently out of an XL Manual. Another guy I know has trouble getting more than 4-5 out of the exact same battery. I vape like a madman.
I know we're talking about the stealth batts here, but this just illustrates that the user is a rather large part of the equation when it comes to charge times.

I vape pretty much non stop. So for me, 2 hours on a shorty is good. I have 1 shorty that I bought from an un name company to see what all the hype was about, and only get an hour from it (needless to say, it is my emergency battery and rarely used)

Say Newb just wondering? Did you try unscrewing them from the battery charger, letting the charger change lights and screwing them back in to see if they continue charging?

Just an FYI,yes battery life will diminish after a few months,batteries need to be replaced every so often.They dont last forever they wear out.

hey you know, Ive always wondered what to do with dead batts? do we send them in to be properly disposed of? I dont feel comfortable just tossing them in the trash...

yeah snowdragon's tips are usually on the money. it worked for me when the batt didnt charge as well as his post adjustment for a brand new carto..thanks snowdragon

FWIW, and I think there is a black battery cloud over me recently, but I can't get any satisfaction out of any of these "new" batteries. I get far better performance and dependability from the non-labled generic batteries... just order 2 more while they still have some. Either they wont last but a couple of hours (XL batts) or the auto switch becomes faulty. Sure I myself killed a few in the early days getting juice in the hole, but in the last year none I've recieved work as good as the originals. My original from 10-09 still works great... granted the charge doesn't last but a few hours but it outperformed the new XLs I got.
