Bad luck on bargain diamond and stealth

So I ordered a green camo shorty stealth and gold XL diamond during the V4L sale (with an extra slim charger); couldn't resist the 50% off.

Came in today. After full charge, neither one would fire. Tried the post reset. Out of ~10 draws, they would both fire about 2/10 times and then hiccup out.

Tried another post rest. Same thing. Tried another post reset. Same thing.

Tried post reset all in all with about 8 different cartomizers, brand new, aged, and aged-cleaned. Nada.

Now my head hurts from drawing so air so much lol

Talk about crappy luck!

Charger seems to work though...

Good news is I'm sure V4L will resolve this

Bad news is, I was pumped for jack all today

Oh no! That is disappointing, and yes, crappy luck. Well, I guess you know the drill - fill out that ticket...... don't worry, you'll get yourself some vapable batteries when CS is back in. Just sorry for the frustration of waiting.

if you mean prying up the battery post and screwing the carto back on, yes. that's what I meant in the OP by "post reset." Did I do something wrong?

Give it a "love tap," not a coup de grace! If the love tap doesn't do it, try again -- but just a little more forcefully.

Cyrus....hold it about a foot above the desk top and just drop it a couple of times.....then hit the button

Cyrus Vap sir no you didn't, the other reset is as Lady Eleanor described. Smack the batt right where the logo is on the edge of the desk a few times. Odd, but works.

Gold XL auto diamond: The tap fixed it for moment (coincidence?), got 3 killer draws out of it, then nothing. This happened a few times

Camo Green Shorty auto Stealth: It fires, but only for a few seconds. It just drops out unless I'm sucking into my lungs really hard, and even then, hiccups galore (on the activation I mean). Morandir this is just like that PT I sent you, really weird. It takes a violent suck to get it to activate, and even then it drops out.

Of note, the shorty stealth looked kind of ragged when it arrived. Lots of gunk around the battery thread and between the post and outer thread. Even after cleaning it looks all stained between the post and outer thread. Maybe some newbie stock boys where vaping it in the back room and throwing it around ? lol

Raising the battery post = raising the battery post

Reseting the switch = the Snow Drop = The Morandir smack

Would contact cs about them both sir. If the reset doesn't work, and smacking them around doesn't, then that's your last resort. No one can say you didn't try.

Sorry to hear of your misfortune I also took advantage of the sale on the diamonds and got 4 regular auto's and all working well so far........V4L will take care of u and probably throw u something extra for your trouble
