Rebuilt with kantham a1 32g (5 wraps) and 2mm silca wick. Did a pre burn and then let it sit in the liquid to soak it up and tried it on both the t3s and evod and it tasted disgusting. Rebuilt it again without the pre burn and still disgusting. Please help!

Could be the legs of the coil burning the bottom grommet.
Could be that the wick has contaminants in it.
I had a similar issue with my first protank rebuilds.
Turns out that one of them had a burnt grommet from hot legs.
Snipped off the burnt part and was fine.
Still had a slightly nasty taste.
So I boiled my wick for about 15 minutes.
Not a single problem since then.
