Hi,
I just got my first rda (first time also getting into rebuildables) and I actually had my coil built for me by a guy at a vape shop and it was absolutely perfect for a few days. A few days later (today) its starting to taste really weird, not like burnt, but just really strange and i cant taste the flavor that much. And yes, I changed the cotton after every day and i constantly kept the juice on the cotton so its not that its burnt cotton. Im absolutely clueless on how to make it tasting better because right now I cant stand the taste. idk if its relevant but its running on .6 ohms and the RDA name is "the patriot" and the battery I have is an IPV2. Also, its still vaping the same its been the past few daysand I dont get that dry throat hit as though its burning. literally any help would be awesome! I just dont want to keep driving to this vape shop every time it happens. thanks!!

Hi,

Are you dry burning the coils when you change out the wick? Juices can get gunky after they've been on those coils for a while so, when you remove the cotton, press the firing button in bursts until the sizzling sound has stopped. This will mean that all of the excess juice has been burned off. Don't hold the firing button continuously though because eJuice is quite flammable. lol.

Where you least expect it....
I would highly suggest you either making a thread or ask questions in this sub-forum since it focuses on rebuildable atomizer systems:

Rebuildable Atomizer Systems

The real problem your experiencing is most likely the coil that was built for you.
