Has the taste been the same since it was built? Maybe burnt or gunked cotton( doesnt last forever). Try pulling the cotton out and clean it under water with a little soap and toothbrush being very gentle since your not familliar with rebuilding coils. After cleaning dry burn and put new cotton in. soak the cotton in juice and vape on.

Ok reread ur post and most of my questions were answered sorry. If it tasted fine before and the only thing that has changed is the cotton you replaced daily i would say maybe you packed too muck cotton in and are choking the juice from the coil. Still i would clean and replace the cotton.

thats the problem. even after i cleaned it, my RBA still had that weird, peculiar smell that i kept tasting when i hit it.

I would look to see what wire he is using then search it on Google. Possible it could be crap. Although in my experience, kanthal is kanthal.

Check out RipTrippers on YouTube to learn to build your own so you don't get stuck without someone to build for you. It is easy once you do it a couple times. Many friends have I taught successfully.

I hope your problem has been resolved, if not change that wire out.

I'm new too. stopped smoking 2 months ago after discovering vaping. have you considered using a tank instead? I use the aspire nautilus tank with bvc coils and it's great. no leaking, no gurgling, etc. previously I tried a nimbus dripper and it was not good. tried kanger tanks, they suck. vivi nova ok but once I tried the nautilus I don't think I'll use anything else on a daily basis. I'm using it on an itaste MVP at the max 11 volts with an ry4 tobacco and it's friggin ridiculously good. when guys like Grimm Green and Rip Trippers say this tank is good you can believe it

The nautilus is a great tank but once you use a rebuildable, it is really hard to find the vape from a nautilus acceptable. Seems the OP skipped that step hehe.

naww I had an aerotank mega for like 3 months and I wanted more vapor production so i decided to get an RDA. where can i go to get better wire?
