I just got a phiniac tank, and boge 3 ohm cartos from vapedudes. Uptil now i was using dct, and cartos from smoketec. boge I just started using has a bad taste, though it has a lot of vapor. I tried different voltages, nothing changes. Is this normal?

No Boge usually taste great, they are really fantastic cartos in my opinion. Did you fill the carto with about 20 drops of juice before filling your phonic?
You know, I had this happen to me once, but the cartos tasted burnt! When you say the taste is bad, provide some more information. I assume the juice you are using you have had before and you like? It may be you just have a dud carto! I hope others chime in here!
This happened to me too.I have been vaping for a long time and know how to fill a carto but ths box tasted line it had cleaning powder in it.You know like Comet.I am sticking to SmokTec,they never give me any problems.I used Boge before and they were fine so I dunno.
I used the same bottle of juice in a dct tank, and it tasted great. I just switch to boge and it happened. I tried with 3 of the boge cartos, same thing, so back to dct of sone form. I like fire and ice from vapedudes, its a cinnamon, it killed my last tank. Any thoughts on a tank that uses smoktec carts i could use?
My last box of boges the first 2 were fantastic. Tge rest were absolute crap. Tasted burnt, wouldn't work good & I ended up just tossing them. I got some carts from somewhere else & all is good now.
I've got my last order of carts from Davy Joe at Nashville Vapor. They have been Fantastic. If you try them out tell him eyebedam sent you. I actually got some more from him today along with a few other items.
I've used Boges for a long time. I've had a tiny few (3 or 4) that just didn't wick well and I had to use a syringe to fill them and get the juice down to the coil on the bottom. I was able to make them work a little better by using a toothpick to open up a path along the barrel where the filler touches it. That helped.
Overall, Boges have been fine and they have been reliable. I wonder if your juice has a high VG content. With cartos, you want thinner juice. If it's thicker, most people enlarge the hole on the side of the carto to allow more juice to enter at the proper rate to keep it saturated.
I like the condom fill method to make sure I get saturation on the first fill, which is critical.
