I would like to know what brand and flavor everyone has been using the most when this happens to them.

One things for sure. People don't seem to have much luck getting rid of the taste once it happens. I'd like to figure out what flavor or juice causes it and not use it again. If it's the juice that causes this, it's not worth losing an atomizer. Especially in the time I did. Barely 3 weeks.

Anyways, that's all for now...

For me it's definitely Cash Cola, 24mg, 30ml bottle, shipped on 2/17/09. Since getting the burnt taste out of 2 atomizers using this method, I have avoided using the Cola. During that time, I had absolutely no problem with a burnt taste. I tried a little of the Cola tonight, and got the burnt taste again almost immediately.

I just smelled the bottle of Cola, and it smells horrible. I know it smelled good when I first got it. Somehow it went bad. I still have 20ml left.

Well, I said that I was experiencing a metallic taste with this atomizer rather than a burnt taste, but I'm not sure... the taste is actually seems to be the same as my good atomizer after it has overheated (usually by reaching the cutoff in my car) but with the good atomizer, that tastes goes away quickly.

If my bad atomizer does indeed have a burnt taste, I would think one of the things I've tried so far should have fixed that, but I'll try the hot atomizer into cold water next...
