I feel for you. I've lost/damaged/destroyed several PVs. It hurts every time. These days, I just keep so much stuff around that it doesn't hurt as bad as it used to when something like that happens... but it still sucks. If I had time to drive to Wyoming, I'd sure be willing to hook you up with some 14500s at least. You should start an e-cig club in whatever town you're in. Get a few converts and meet psople... who live near by and would also be happy to loan a fellow vaper some gear.
We sort of have something like that here in Helena. There are quite a few vapers and a bunch of others we just haven't met yet who all vape a specific PV religiously and actually seem offended somehow by seeing mods... We even have a couple of juice guys figuring out DIY recipes and a lot of them are turning out really good. - We don't advertize or do much by way of formal meetings, but someone will just spread the word that it would be nice to see everyone for coffee at a specific time and place. We check out each others PVs, juices, and related
vaping gear. Mostly we just visit with each other about the gear, the juices, and the vendors we're doing business with... stuff like that.
When your gear is found or whenever you can replace it, I'm confident you'll set down the cigarettes again. My advice is to then start saving the cigarette money to buy a spare PV that suits your needs. Keep it put away where you know where it is. Then, next time something like this happens, you'll have brand new fresh gear just waiting to be used.
