I have no possibility to write to other themes.

I many times used shop (UK) and is very happy with quality of their work.

11.02.2011 Has paid the order #426992 in Totally Wicked(USA)($322.48 USD to Pillbox38(USA) Ltd (info@totallywicked-eliquid.com)(Transaction ID: 9HK26902NV764662B)

To 15/02/2001 me has sent letter Noemi Ruperto, has told that the post operator refuses to send my order And they till the end of last week will return me money.

Today 22.02.2011. Money has not returned to me, letters does not answer.

I ask to tell to a management that they kill reputation of the company , and that to me have returned money

I understand your frustration but from the 15th to the 22nd is only days with the weekend figured in. It is a new week, See if you get a reply today and write to them again if you think you are being ignored,
I hope and think this will work out to your favor but you may have to give it a few more days, Less than a week is really a short time when looking for a refund,
Orders are processed and paid automatically and instantly by computer, Refunds are done by hand and individually

I do apologise for the breakdown in communication with our USA office. It seems the refund has now been processed and should be available in your PayPal account within the next 24 hours.

I have been in touch with our management team at the USA office who have searched all our email accounts and are unable to locate any further emails from you aside from the correspondence you had with Noemi on the 15th. I understand you have since been in touch Stacey at the USA office and the matter has now been resolved.

For future orders we would recommend purchasing from the UK office who are still managing to deliver to Russia.
