Being a bread and pastry lover, I've now tried three different fruit/bakery flavors from three different vendors. I've noticed a similar under laying flavor that is not pleasant to my palate and I get the impression that 'it' coats my tongue. They also seem to have a 'perfume' element.
I will visit them again after a couple of weeks of steeping. Some of my early flavors have 'matured' nicely sitting on da shelf!
Is it me? Anyone else have a similar experience?
