Great find, Thank you...I left a comment on the site.

My pleasure and thanks for commenting; I also commented:

I beg to differ with Connie Olson; there is no lack of data supporting claims that E Cigarettes are a much safer alternative to smoking and do not pose a significant health risk to consumers. Of course, one has to have the inclination to do complete, unbiased research! The news release made by the FDA, based on their single (debunked) study, borders on shock and awe lies. Yet, the AMA et al. cite the FDA’s study as if it were gospel. Any first year college professor would not accept such shoddy work! You may want to continue your research starting here: tobaccoharmreduction.org

So why would these “Public Health” agencies come out in full force against E Cigarettes? I don’t suppose financial ties with Big tobacco and Pharmaceutical Barons or loss of tobacco tax revenue has anything to do with it? Follow the money!

FOX WLUK: Smoking ban has e-cigs lighting up Smokers look for alternatives

A fairly good, even handed story from a Wisconsin Fox affiliate, WLUK.

Smoking ban has e-cigs lighting up
Smokers look for alternatives

Reporter: Becky DeVries
BROWN COUNTY – Wisconsin is just a few weeks away from smoke-free workplaces, but you may see people with a different kind of cigarette in their mouths. While some like the alternative to traditional cigarettes, many agree they are not healthy.

Interesting was the mention of Tavern League selling them at their bar. Nothing new, but it is something I like to see. The more out in the public and off the internet they are, the better for us all. Now if only they had gone with Vapor4Life’s Original Vapor King.

Be sure to read the comments. Some good responses there.

Quite a few of the comments on this page are spot on:

Smoking ban has e-cigs lighting up

The story by Fox had a couple of inaccuracies that it would be nice to have cleared up. For example, the fact that it says, "E-cigarettes are battery-powered, and heat up a cartridge containing liquid nicotine," is inaccurate. That should say, "E-cigarettes are battery-powered, and heat up a cartridge that can contain liquid nicotine," and then it would be accurate.

Please, as many people as possible, check that page out and add your voice to the comments. Fox is a popular channel, and this story will likely get many views. You don't need to log in to comment, so don't be shy! :D

It's strange. A lot of sites seem to think that it's the nicotine which creates the vapor. I've even seen quite a few supplier sites saying this!
And a lot of those comments are fantastic. I always love to see a lot of the e-cig users getting our message out there and clearing up any misleading statements. Great job to all.
