(2) Any person who contravenes subsection (1) shall be guilty of an offence and shall be liable on conviction to a fine not exceeding $5,000 and, in the case of a second or subsequent conviction, to a fine not exceeding $10,000.

By the word "emerging", means all those previous ecig n PV r not ban? Only those new products that r banned? Those that are not currently available means those that we bought locally r legal?

Unless they are produce locally, seller have to be importing to sell which is illegal.

Ahem, our garment did not ban cuban when the US did. So, it have nothing to do with health or "follow US" but $$$ & who's in the parliament. Did cigar & pipe have less nicotine than shisha? If not, why ban shisha but not pipe & cigar? Its probably somebody sitting on the high chair are smoking them.

It beggars belief how any government could impose a ban on anything related to vaping and leave the sale of tobacco products relatively free from restriction.
What we should do is, find out where Guy Fawkes is buried, dig up his remains to see if there are any viable DNA, clone said person and stick him accelerated growth chamber so he can reach adulthood in 18 months, equip him with copious amounts of C4 and see if he rectify his previous failure.
I probably shouldn't say things like this in this day and age, likely have the security services kicking in my door later tonight.
P.S. If anyone from MI5 or 6 or any other agency I'm not currently aware of reads this post, I do not condone violence or terrorism in any form - HONEST

Control,,,, Power ,,,,Money
This is how governments run things.
What they say,,,,, and what they mean ,,,are 2 totally different things.
What is truly right,,,,, and what they do,,, are 2 totally different things.
What is good for you,,,,, and what they say is good for you,,,,, are 2 totally different things.
How to know when they are lying,,,,, watch to see if their lips are moving, ( their lying )

.. Too young to comment on Cuba.. But it's obvious when it comes to territorial rights and such, they are smart enough to keep their traps shut until the right time no?
When it comes to money and benefits, Most time it's better to just act dumb and follow 'big uncle Sam', after all, it's where the money's at.. Vaping is not easy to regulate, so it's easier to just ban it 1st.. And see how other big countries are doing 1st. For a small country state, they simply cannot lead the way when the powers of the world is not.. They will die 1st!!

here & now
The ban is a “pre-emptive measure to protect public health against the known and potential harms of such products,” the ministry said in a news release.

Yes...covering all bases, the more-informed public health ought to be appalled by the irony in this very statement.

What is even more unfortunate are supposedly professionals with narrow mindsets propagating misinformation.

Ok based off of this.... Do not try to pass off your box mod as a cig or a pack of smokes and you should be safe. A box mod is not "designed to resemble a tobacco product"

It's typical.. So so easy to take a poorly maintained setup with an old wick, fire it up, watch it burn and just record the nasty chemical being emitted. Most of the test done are biased against e-cig itself.. No doubt sponsor by tobacco companies themselves.
5 to 10 years ago it would have convinced me, but given that information is now so easily available over the net, all one needs is just a bit of interest in the subject and a little time to totally debunk the rubbish report.

And for the record, tobacco and nicotine are 2 different things. Most if not all e-cig does NOT contain tobacco, which is the main culprit for harm to the body. Nicotine is about as harmful to the human body as a can of coke or coffee!
Those negative test results are usually of over burning of god knows what liquid.. They really should be re-title 'Why we must maintain our wicks' !

It's so frustrating.. Everytime they do a write up on e-cig they somehow manage to link it to tobacco.. Like burning it on a vape rig, claiming the hazards blah blah blah.. Saying e-cig cause cancer and such.. Yet in the past six over months of ecf surfing and the various vendors site I've not seen anyone doing a tobacco juice ???
Damn.. :-x
