This is one of my favorite recipes. Gotta be careful with the Cinnamon too much and it will really overpower everything.

I start with 33mg unflavored juice that I prepare. I purchased 100mg strength (100%VG base) from myfreedomsmokes, but I try to avoid handling that if possible to I mix:

Base Liquid (makes 18 ml):
6 mL 100mg/mL unflavored VG base
10 mL 100% VG
2 mL water (just to thin it a bit and make it easier to handle)
-----------> 33mg/mL unflavored base

I'm still experimenting, so I make 10mL batches, I use bottles, syringes, and pippets from myfreedomsmokes too. I measured about 21 pippet drops / mL using their disposable plastic pippets.

I also found useful, a baby medicine syringe (10mL) that I bought at Walgreens; the plastic plug from new 510 / 4081 cartriges fits nice over the end of the syringe (to seal) and I use it as a graduated cylinder for the preparation of the base. (Note: this syringe sucks for accurately dispensing small amounts though because it kinda sticks then slips squirting stuff everywhere... but for graduated cylinder I fill it, then remove the rubber cartridge plug over my destination container and let it drain out - the plastic plug is from CARTRIDGES not cartomizers...

Recipe: 10mL 20mg/mL Banana-Nut (Almond) - Bread (Cake? /Spice...)

6 mL 33mg/mL unflavored base
1.5mL 95% grain alcohol (Everclear, Golden Grain, etc.. from liquor store)
2mL Artificial Banana food flavoring (I used Sauer's brand: water, 35% alcohol, propolyne glycole)
1 mL Almond Extract (Sauer's: water 35% alcohol, oil of bitter almond)
.25mL cinnamon (LorAnn)

You can bump up the banana and almond some for more flavor, I would keep the cinnamon low to avoid it dominating the flavor.
