Banned in UK?

I heard that e cigs are banned in the UK as of June 26, 2010! Is this true? I looked on a few of the other threads and didn't see much regarding this. Just wondering what ppl have heard. I live in the US, but I hate to think of other vaper's being without. Someone turn my frown upside down.

All I could find is that eBay will ban sales of e cigs on their UK site as of June 30th. They already ban that in US i think

One member of the ECF group on facebook commented that they are banned on the 26, and he is from the UK. Still not sure if this is true. Hope not.

E-Cigs are legal in Australia yet eBay won't let you sell them on eBay.com.au. I have heard nicotine juice will be illegal in the U.K if the bill gets passed yet e-cigs will still be available for purchase.

What a load of you know what. Where does EBay, PayPal and others get off legislating? This just goes too far.

eBay ban whatever they want for any reason they can find whenever they want. I've had problems selling many items and given no plausable reason as to why the item is prohibited. It sucks!
