We used to have a small desktop rock tumbler for polishing rocks. I'll bet one of the empiremods dot com 901 Drip guards would be cool on the tumbled Reo. Or one could get some aluminum tubing and DYI. Here's a few on Amazon. Amazon.com: small rock tumbler: Toys & Games

Quick question for anodized vs not, I have seen some scratches on polished Reo's around the site, If one were to scratch an anodized mod (God forbid!) are the scratches visible? Anodizing changes the color of the alloy I think, so would the scratches show up as silver or not?

Yes you would see the underlying aluminum. Depending on the severity of the scratch of course.
