Bartleby problem

I can't post this is under the Bartleby threads being a new member so here goes.

Has anybody experienced a problem with this unit? I just received mine and it worked fine for awhile and then it turned on by itself and wouldn't turn off. Later on it wouldn't turn on by pushing the button at all. I also noticed that occasionally the green LED flickers while depressing the button. Finally sometimes the green led comes on without pushing the button and stays on which results in an overheating unit. Does this sound like a button switch problem of some sort.

Also, sadly for us who appreciate the fine quality of this mod, it seems Jay is going to cease making them according to the latest entry on his web site.

I had a similar problem with my second Bartleby. After an email exchange, Jay took it back and sent me a new one at his expense. The new one works fine. I am unhappy that Jay is closing his operation and hope some one picks it up. It is the only box mod I can find with a comfortable button and a USB charging capability. I will buy two more as backups before he quits. Ask for the large black button. The small silver one was uncomfortable.
