Base flavors and sweeteners

Hello! I'm about to update an order I placed with wizardlabs to get a few specific ingredients I missed in my original order.
It seems there are a lot of sweeteners and base flavors that one wouldn't normally think of until too late (ex. Acetl Pyrazine)

What else would you say is a must to have on hand in this category?
Any other necessities I may not have thought of?

What you need depends on what flavors you are wanting to mix up. If you are going for fruit flavors or dessert flavors you will need some creams to bring them together. such as Bavarian cream and or sweet cream and some vanillas.
