Does this mean there is not only no e-cigs but also no smoking or tobacco products anywhere on Naval property????
One of my brothers got started smoking when he was in the Navy because they allowed 10 minute breaks for smoking. He's now 70 and has COPD and carries a little tank of oxygen around...all due to smoking.
Go Navy! Go US Military for making it so easy for him and others to start smoking with .09 a pack smokes back in the 50's.

Wow! Why didn 't we think of that? All we needed was education! Yup, that would have stopped us all from smoking, fer sure, fer sure.

I wonder if they've seen this study http://www.e-cigarette-forum.com/fo...eissenberg-study-vindicates-e-cigarettes.html that proves that e-cigs are not a "nicotine delivery device". Whatever, I'll keep using my e-cig in the shop I work in on base until someone from the DON comes to physically remove it.

I'm glad that I'm retired military and don't have to deal with such childish non-sense. I remember back in '91 during the first Gulf War, Philip Morris donated some 15,000 cartons of cigarettes to send to our troops in Iraq. Anti-smokers got wind of it and got a court order stopping the shipment.

Sure, send a young man or woman to war but don't afford them the opportunity for a free cigarette if the so desire, which could ultimately be their last cigarette.

We are becomming such a whimpy society. God help the future of the United States that I have defended and love dearly.
