Batteries dying, or?

I have aw imr 18490s that I am asking about specifically, if it makes a difference. I have recently noticed that when some of the batteries come off the charger, they are showing full charge at either 3.9 or 4.0. Is this the beginning signs of the batteries dying, or is something wrong with my charger?

All of my batteries are between 1 1/2 and 2 years old, and get charged about every other day. I'm assuming they are nearing the end of their lifespan, but wasn't sure if what I am experiencing is just the normal death of a battery.

Yep. They are aging and internal resistance is rising.

300 charge cycles is about what you can expect out of them. Every other day for 2 years or so sounds about right.
