Well, dang it. Long story short: Thought my Pila charger had gone belly up; freaked out because I live way the heck and gone out in the boondocks and I didn't have a back up charger (yes, I know ... I stupid could I be here?). Flying two hour round trip drive into the nearest town to get a new one. Wound up at an ecig store in Lubbock that happens to be a Pro Vape dealer (awesome!).

Got a new charger ... and couldn't resist getting their last "Dragon" while I was there. Also told the sales guy I need a couple of 18650 IMR batteries for my two PPs.

They only had one kind and I took them 'on faith' that they're safe to use. Now that I think about it ... I believe I want some input on that question. What I got was Efest IMR 18650 3.7 V Li-Mn high drain rechargeable batteries. They're button top V2s. Since I've never used anything in my PPs except AW IMR 18490s that I got directly from Pro Vape, I'm clueless.

Whatcha think? Are these ok or had I best learn from my hurry-up mistake and use what I have already?

Y'all have a great 2015! Happy New Year!

I have quite a few E-Fest 18490 and 18350 cells that are in my rotation, they work just fine. I also have Aw's, and in 18650 have Orbotronics, and Samsung cells, all IMR Li-Mn. Never had an issue with any of them. I own several ProVarii.

Thanks a bunch! Am relieved to hear I didn't waste money on 'em.
