I have a provari with extended cap and im using a AW IMR 18650 (Yes its a real one with the nub on top ) . If i got to grab my provari or shake it a bit the battery will slide around in there . Is this normal or should the battery sit solid and not jiggle around . If i give it a good shake the battery will actually lose connection iv noticed from the button lighting up when it slides around .

So is that normal with a AW IMR on the Provari ?

I put a small magnet on the negative of the battery and it did solve the issue but id still like to know if its normal or not .

Thanks

Im not really shaking it hard though . Like just moving it back and forth or picking it up off a desk . Sometime when i go to put it up to my mouth to vape . Like basically normal movement . If i shake it at all harder than normal it will lose connection though . Not for long just on and off as the batterys sliding around .

DUHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH . I found the problem . I was using the stupid little spacer ring on the cap .I dont know why i did not think of trying it without the ring . I didnt get the Provari new so i thought that was a needed part of the cap . I took it off and now its perfect . Looks better without the ring too . lol . I guess the last owner was using a longer battery than the AW IMR .
