Another vote for the Samsung 25R comes from me, I pretty much abuse my batteries on a daily basis running at 0.12 ohms on every device I use daily, each one has a 25R inside and over the past six months they have been tremendous performers even with usage well exceeding the rated maximum continuous spec. (My usage of these batteries is not in line with the recommended usage, I am taking a calculated risk with every use, do not attempt.)

If they are authentic Xtar and not counterfeit, they are re-branded Sony VTC4 and those are the best we have for low sub ohm right now.

The Efest 3100 are probably Pansonic NCR18650A which have a 6.8A max continuous rating. They are pretty safe in that they will not explode easily when abused, but they will have very high voltage sag at 20A draw so they won't hit hard.
