What is the difference between a 280 mah battery and a 380 mah battery? Does one work better - in terms of throat hit, vapor, longevity - than the other?

I got a manual battery, and I can tell a big difference between it and the auto batteries. However, I don't really like the placement of the button. I guess I still smoke/vape like a girl.

The biggest difference having to do with mah is the time you can use it between charges. Some notice a small difference in flavor and/or TH, but not much.
