Amp rating is more important than capacity rating when batteries are used for vaping.

That has a 3.75amp CDR
Good for outdoor landscaping, NOT vaping.
LG B3 18650 Battery, 2600mAh, 3.75A, 3.7V, Grade A Lithium-ion (LGDBB31865)

None of those cells have a CDR suitable for any vaping use.

    I was thinking that they might make a good battery for an e-bike. 100 cells for $150 is a good deal.

    Agreed.
    BatteryHookup has some great deals but not for us. Great for ebikes and the DIY powerwall communities though.
