battery acting wierd

M402 from absolutly ecigs purchased about 2 months ago or so.

we have extras, but one of them is acting totally off.

at full charge, it works perfect - LED is bright and the draw is easy (for an auto)
15 drags into it, LED only stays lit for 2 seconds, then comes back on - like its fading in and out. and you gotta drag big time hard.

we have 3 manuals, and 6 autos of the same M402/401

is this one on its way out?

is there a way to clean it?

is there a way to test it?

It might be on it's way out. I had a problem with one of my batts. It would show a full charge but when I used it I might get one or two puffs before it started acting weird. Like it was about to die. At first I thought I gummed up the works by dripping so I left it in a container of rice overnight. Same thing next day. So I put it on the charger again and it showed full charge. I decided to not believe the lying little bugger and slowly twisted to loosen it and sure enought the red light came on to indicate charging. I let it be until it showed full charge again. Before I went to charge it the next time I cleaned the batt threads and charger threads with a tissue and it's been a champ since then.

Leal made a good point... make sure those threads are clean! They seem to accumulate a lot of gunk sometimes. I hope that helps!
