I have a Reo Grand and 2 AW IMR 18650 batteries. One of them works great, but the other one does not. Both batteries come off of the charger at 4.1 volts. When I put it (the one that is not working very good) on my Grand, if fires about like the other one does after it has drained to about 3.5 volts. I really don't think it is a problem with my mod because of the other one working good. Any suggestions on what to look for or check?
