Battery and Atomizer compatibilities

I have been readin alot of thread about compatibility, but I can't really find one that has a list of all atty/batt specific compatibility. (I don't really care about which cart fit which atty or other stuff)
I also looked into wikipedia but I can hardly tell which atty fits to which batt.
My initial thought was that if it is pen style it fits all other pen style and so on, but I guess that is not always the case so.
Is there anywhere I can find all the list??

I have yet to find 'the list' yet either, but many e-cigs use the 510 thread size. 901, 801 are different.

I wouldn't worry too much In the event you do end up with batteries and incompatible atomisers you can buy adapters which can play to your advantage! Say you really really wanted to use your manual Mega Titan 510 battery for your penstyle atomisers because your penstyle batteries are automatic simply grab and attach the adapter!!

The only problem then is matching the colour of atomiser and battery

Hey I'm new here. I have a few questions. I build my first mod. just a simple 3.6 for now. I have a 3.2ohm atty. I was wondering if that was a good setup or not. I want to build a bigger one sometime like a 6v or i heard a good higher one like 7.2/7.4v im hearing bout these imeo atties have no idea where to look for them. I have friends making requests for high voltage setups so i want to make sure things are right. Hope to hear from someone then thank you.
