So.. They make nice silicone cases for 18650's. But for 18500, or 18350's nothing really existed. With the exception of the plastic 2-pack holders. I just wanted something simple that would protect the battery from shorting in a pocket while out n about.
I've now been using them for over two weeks, and can say it's a good cheap solution.

I picked these up from amazon.

They'd typically be used on the ends of a plastic info tube or something. At the length they come, with one on each end they're about the full length of an 18500 and they were impossible to get on and off. So I've just been holding the open end flat and cutting them to about a quarter inch in length. Pop one on the positive side for sure, or both ends if you like. and you're good to go.

If you're looking for a travel, or out n about solution for your batteries give it a shot.

I'll post a picture or two when I get home with them on a battery.
